Job Title: Account Manager

Position Summary:
The Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring client success by coordinating with internal departments to oversee and execute digital projects, from content updates and special client requests to campaign launches, tracking, and monthly reporting. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

This is a 100% remote position, and you must provide your own computer and workspace, preferably a dedicated office space within your home. While our team includes technically savvy individuals who can assist with basic troubleshooting, we expect all employees to be proficient in maintaining their own computers. Additionally, you may be asked to assist clients with technical issues and serve as a liaison between the technical team and the client.

Essential Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, timely communication.
• Build and nurture relationships by understanding client goals and proactively addressing needs.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Project Coordination

• Work with internal teams to ensure website content updates, digital campaigns, and special requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate setup for campaign tracking and ensure monthly performance reports are delivered.
• Provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their marketing efforts.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, assisting with technical troubleshooting when needed.
• Facilitate internal collaboration across departments, including creative, development, and digital advertising teams, to support client objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Must reside within the continental US for time zone alignment
• Ability to work 100% remotely, with a dedicated home office setup.
• Proficiency with Google Slides or PowerPoint and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Advanced Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook marketing, & SEO tools.
• Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising practices.
• Ability to assist clients with marketing strategies to support upsell and retention efforts.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with running social media management and marketing campaigns
• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Prior sales or business development experience.
